Fastest route for collectors, schools and volunteers already working with us.

If you already know which role you are — citizen, collector, retailer, producer, artisan, institution or partner — the onboarding forms on Get Involved are faster than this one.

Send a message

We reply to everything, usually within three working days.

You can withdraw consent at any time. See our privacy notice for how we handle your data.

This is a demonstration form. Submissions are not yet stored — the shared API arrives in Phase 2 of the roadmap.

Communication plan

What you hear from us, and how often

Every stakeholder group has a named channel and a stated frequency. It is published here so you can hold us to it — a commitment nobody can see is not a commitment.

How the plan is run

The plan is managed by the platform itself, drawing on data from integrated retail systems — barcode scanners, mobile money services and customer apps — alongside records entered by collectors and the project team in the field.

Responsibilities, frequencies, channels and feedback mechanisms are then updated dynamically against actual project performance, not left as they were written.

Gaps, inefficiencies or breakdowns in the flow of information are detected, documented and flagged for review — so that a communication failure is treated as a defect to fix rather than an inconvenience to absorb.

How we listen back

  • In-app surveys

Short, periodic prompts attached to something you actually did, rather than a questionnaire out of nowhere.

  • Data analytics dashboards

The same figures partners see are published in simplified form on the public impact page.

  • Focus group discussions

Held in the pilot zones with collectors, households and traders — the parts of the system a dashboard cannot show you.

  • Online reviews and forums

Open channels where criticism is visible to everyone, not routed quietly into a private inbox.
