Volunteer Hub

The drives do not run themselves

Clean-up drives, school outreach, campus fashion campaigns and community training days are powered by volunteers. Your hours are logged, verified and recognised — and they belong to you, as a record you can show anyone.

Do you venture into waste entrepreneurship?

Why people stay

From the people already doing it

  • “I joined for one Saturday clean-up. Eight months later I coordinate the whole Kibra stretch and three of the collectors I trained are earning through the app.”

    Achieng' O.

    Drive coordinator, Nairobi

  • “The sorting game works better than any lecture. The children correct their parents afterwards — that is the part nobody plans for.”

    Chebet S.

    School outreach volunteer, Eldoret

  • “Logging my hours in the app meant I had a verified record to put on a bursary application. That mattered more than the badge did.”

    Brian K.

    Student volunteer, Moi University
