Two routes in. Formal businesses register with company documents; kiosks and market stalls register with an ID, a till number and a verified stall — because a company-documents-only path would shut out most of Kenyan retail.

06Declarations

I will obtain a shopper's consent at the point of sale before any basket is linked to their account.

Purchase data can never be attached to a shopper unilaterally. Stores see aggregate statistics only, never another user's purchase history.
