Joseph has collected in the same four streets for eleven years. He knows which gate has the dog, which household separates and which one never will, and roughly what a full handcart is worth at the buyer's yard on a Thursday.
What he did not have was a record anyone else would accept. The exercise book was real work made invisible — no timestamps, no verification, nothing a lender or a county officer could act on.
The collector mode of the app does something quite small: it timestamps a confirmed pickup, logs the volume by category, and attaches a proof photo. Do that four hundred times and you have an earnings history. Joseph used his to open a credit line for a second handcart.
This is the part of the programme that is easiest to overlook. The environmental case is obvious; the economic one is what makes people show up on the second month.
